Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 July 2026
This policy explains when refunds are available for paid AI Visibility reports sold to customers in different countries. It does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
Digital report product
A paid AI Visibility report is a digital product generated for the website and details submitted at checkout. Because the report is custom-generated and delivered digitally, refunds are generally not provided simply because you change your mind after the report has been generated.
When we will refund
We will provide a refund or appropriate remedy where:
- you were charged more than once for the same report;
- payment was taken but no report was generated or delivered within a reasonable time;
- the report failed because of a technical issue on our side and we cannot reasonably fix or regenerate it;
- the service does not meet a consumer guarantee, statutory right or other legal protection that applies to your purchase.
When we may decline a refund
- the submitted website URL, email or business details were incorrect;
- the report was generated and delivered as described;
- you expected a specific ranking, traffic, lead or revenue result;
- third-party AI tools changed their answers after the report was generated;
- you no longer want the report after receiving access to it.
Fix-first approach
If a report has a delivery, access or generation issue, we may first try to correct the problem, resend the report link, regenerate the report, or provide another reasonable remedy before issuing a refund.
Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment processor timing may vary. Any request should include the website URL, purchase email and a short explanation of the issue.
