Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI Visibility handles personal information for users and businesses in different countries when they use the free demo scan, buy a report, view a report, or use the admin and report pages.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the service and deliver reports, including:

  • website URLs submitted for scanning;
  • email addresses supplied for demo results, checkout, report delivery or admin access;
  • business details detected from public website content, such as business name, type, services and location;
  • scan outputs, AI visibility results, report data and generated fix recommendations;
  • technical data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, rate-limit events and server logs.

How we use information

  • to crawl submitted websites and generate AI visibility reports;
  • to test selected AI-style search questions and produce scores, findings and fix assets;
  • to send report links, service messages and payment or support-related notices;
  • to prevent abuse, apply demo limits, troubleshoot errors and improve report quality;
  • to keep business records needed for security, accounting and legal compliance.

Third-party providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, databases, AI processing, email delivery, payments, analytics, logging and background jobs. Information is shared only as needed for those providers to perform their role. AI outputs may be processed by third-party AI services and should be treated as generated analysis, not legal, financial or professional advice.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Private report links should be shared carefully because anyone with the link may be able to view the report.

Access, correction and deletion

Depending on your country or region, privacy laws may give you rights to request access to, correction of, export of, objection to, restriction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may ask us to delete information where we no longer need it, subject to any legal, security or business record obligations.

Retention

We keep demo, scan, report, job and payment-related records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, prevent abuse and improve the product. We may remove old or inactive records at our discretion.
